I am pleased to announce the launch of my brand new online coaching course “Mindfit for Life: Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Health.”

The 5 week on-line programme starts on Tuesday 1 November until Tuesday 29 November, each week from 18h00 until 20h00.

Each week we will connect on-line and you will receive notes and worksheets.
Don’t worry if if can’t make every session as everything is recorded so if you cant attend on-line, you will easily be able to listen to any sessions you may miss, so that you never lose out on any aspect of this powerful programme
